    Hi Rafael Figueiredo,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. When a verification prompt appears unexpectedly and you later discover that your alias and recovery information (SMS/email/phone) were changed without your knowledge, it can feel overwhelming.

Because these changes involve account ownership and security, support in this forum is limited. This is a user-to-user support forum, and moderators or contributors here (including external Microsoft staff) do not have access to account data or back-end systems. That means we can’t directly restore or modify accounts, but we can help point you to the correct official options.

With that in mind, the supported way forward is to use Microsoft’s official recovery and support channels. To contact Microsoft Support, you can follow these steps:

    • Go to Contact Us.
    • Click Show expanded list of products.
    • Select Outlook > Get Home support.
    • Type live chat in the search box, then select Get Help > Contact Support.
    • If you can’t sign in to the affected account, sign in with a different Microsoft account to access support options.
    • Under Products & Services, select Other Products > Billing and account profile question, then choose Chat with a support agent via web browser.

These requests can take time to process, so thank you for your patience. In the meantime, if you tell me which recovery steps you’ve already tried and where you get stuck, I can help you narrow down the right path and make sure you’re taking the steps that match the correct support team.

Since this is a public forum, we will hide your personally identifiable information. I have also sent the content that contains your personal information to you via a private message so we can work on this together. In addition, please check your private messages if you would like to share more details to avoid exposing personal information, by clicking the “Private message” button as shown below.
