    Hi,

You need to have access to your account to be able to use or cancel the subscription.

If you do not know your password, please reset your password.

If you have difficulty signing in to your account, please use the Sign-in Helper.

If it does not help you, please fill out the account recovery form to help you recover your account.

If you do not know which account it was subscribed to, please go to the article below to use the investigation tool for the unknown charge. This will show you the details, including the subscription, country, and email.

How to find the source of unknown charges

If you do not recognize the email address, please report this transaction as fraudulent to your bank and file a dispute. Your card might be compromised. It is recommended to freeze or lock your card immediately.

If you need more assistance, please let me know.

    Stay Safe!
