Managing sound and video settings during Teams meetings and calls for optimal communication
Hi @Manish Gaur (TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD),
I hope you’re having a great day. I appreciate your patience and the details you provided.
Based on the error message shown, “Teams video call is disabled by the administrator” and the fact that the Video call option appears disabled, this behavior is expected for work/school accounts when video calling is restricted by your organization’s Microsoft Teams policies. These settings are managed at the administrator level and cannot be changed from within the Teams application by end users.
Because of this, I kindly recommend that you contact your organization’s IT administrator or internal helpdesk to have them review the Teams policies assigned to your account, particularly the calling and meeting settings related to video permissions. Once the IT admin enables video calling for your account, the Video call option should be available again.
