Since your information is not quite clear, could you confirm these following:
1/ What happens when you try to sign in to the admin center (error message, blank page, access denied, MFA prompt looping)
2/ Are you trying to login Microsoft Admin Center or is it another portal
3/ Can other admins in your tenant sign in successfully?
4/ If able, can you provide a screenshot if there is error code appear when logged in to Microsoft Admin Center?
In the meantime, if you are trying to login to Microsoft Admin Center, make sure you are signing at https://admin.microsoft.com/ and try to sign in using an InPrivate / Incognito browser session or a different browser to rule out cached credentials or extensions. Also, make sure that your account still has an appropriate admin role such as Global Admin and Billing Admin by contacting your IT Administrator for further check.
