Your organization doesn't allow you to download, print, or sync using this device. To use these actions, use a device that's joined to a domain or marked compliant by Intune. For help, contact your IT department.More info.please help to resolve this issue....thanks

    Dear @Vicnesvaran Batumalai,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, your organization doesn't allow you to download, print, or sync using this device.

For better understanding your situation and support you more effectively, could you please provide more information as:

Which kind of device are you using (Window or Mac)?

Does it occur in other devices or only with your device?

In the meantime, after researching, here is the solution may be helpful for your issue which was to re-register the device with Entra ID (Azure AD) and ensure the user signs in correctly. You can refer this method:

On the affected device, open Command Prompt as Administrator.

    Run the following command:

    dsregcmd.exe /leave

    Restart the device.

Have the user sign in using their full UPN (for example: ******@company.com)

Do not sign in using the SAMAccountName, as this can prevent the device from being correctly identified and evaluated by Conditional Access.

After signing in, re-test download, print, or sync from OneDrive/SharePoint.

Once the device is properly re-registered and the user signs in with their UPN, the device is correctly evaluated as trusted/compliant, and the restriction is removed.

For more detail, you can refer to this link https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/microsoft-365/your-organization-doesnt-allow-you-to-download-print-or-sync-using-this-device-/2339919

For reference IT Admins - SharePoint and OneDrive unmanaged device access controls

If you have tried the method above but the issue still persists, please patience and reach out me and provide more information as my questions above so I can support you more effectively.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.

The message indicates that organizational security/conditional access policies are blocking download, print, and sync on this specific PC because it is not considered compliant or domain-joined.

To resolve this, the device must meet the organization’s requirements and be correctly joined/registered:

    1. Confirm the device is joined to the organization’s network
      • Sign in to Windows using the work or school account (for example, ******@contoso.com).
      • Connect to the organization’s network (VPN or DirectAccess if working remotely).
      • Press Windows logo key + L to lock the device.
      • Unlock the device using the same work or school account, then try the blocked action again.
    2. If the device is work-owned (corporate PC)
      • It may need to be joined to the organization’s domain or Azure AD and marked compliant via Intune.
      • Follow the steps in the guidance to join the work-owned Windows 10 device to the organization’s network so it can be evaluated as compliant and allowed to access restricted resources.
    3. If the device is personal
      • It may need to be registered and enrolled so it can be marked compliant.
      • Follow the steps to register the personal device on the organization’s network so it can access restricted resources.
    4. If the message persists
      • This is not a client-side “bug” but an intentional restriction enforced by the organization.
      • Contact the IT/helpdesk or administrator and provide the exact message (including the device name PC-SISFGPC93). They must confirm:
        • Whether the device is allowed to access these features.
        • Whether it is correctly joined/registered and compliant in Intune or domain-joined.
        • Whether any conditional access or feature restriction policies are intentionally blocking download/print/sync for this device or user.

If the organization has chosen to restrict these actions on this device, only the IT/admin team can change that policy.
