Based on your description, your organization doesn't allow you to download, print, or sync using this device.
For better understanding your situation and support you more effectively, could you please provide more information as:
Which kind of device are you using (Window or Mac)?
Does it occur in other devices or only with your device?
In the meantime, after researching, here is the solution may be helpful for your issue which was to re-register the device with Entra ID (Azure AD) and ensure the user signs in correctly. You can refer this method:
On the affected device, open Command Prompt as Administrator.
Run the following command:
dsregcmd.exe /leave
Restart the device.
Have the user sign in using their full UPN (for example: ******@company.com)
Do not sign in using the SAMAccountName, as this can prevent the device from being correctly identified and evaluated by Conditional Access.
After signing in, re-test download, print, or sync from OneDrive/SharePoint.
Once the device is properly re-registered and the user signs in with their UPN, the device is correctly evaluated as trusted/compliant, and the restriction is removed.
