My Classic Outlook will no longer let me change the time

My Classic Outlook will no longer let me change the time, like setting it 9:10am from 9:00am. When I do this on the "Appointment Tab" and close it it goes back to 9:00am. On the "Scheduling Assistant Tab" it accepts it an then shows the 9:00am on the calendar. When I make an appointment on 1Phone my calendar it accepts that in my Outlook.

Why is this happening?

Thanks,

    Hi tony

    Could you please confirm:

    • Is your Classic Outlook for Windows connected to Exchange/Microsoft 365, or is it POP/IMAP?
    • Does the time reset happen for new appointments, existing appointments, or both?
    • Do you have any add-ins enabled (Teams/Zoom/CRM, calendar sync tools, or antivirus email integration)?

If you can also share your Outlook version/build (File > Office Account > About Outlook) and whether it behaves the same in Safe Mode, I will be grateful.

I would love to hear from you. Have a lovely day!
