Could you please confirm:
- Is your Classic Outlook for Windows connected to Exchange/Microsoft 365, or is it POP/IMAP?
- Does the time reset happen for new appointments, existing appointments, or both?
- Do you have any add-ins enabled (Teams/Zoom/CRM, calendar sync tools, or antivirus email integration)?
If you can also share your Outlook version/build (File > Office Account > About Outlook) and whether it behaves the same in Safe Mode, I will be grateful.
