New Outlook won't open

"New" Outlook suddenly wouldn't open. I suspect it's because I only have about 12-14 gb on my hard drive. I've run all the things to clean up my drive... Storage Sense, temp folders, empty recycle bin, etc. I can't seem to capture any more GB's.

If I'm wrong about the cause, then I guess I need to uninstall and reinstall New Outlook?

Also, I stumbled across a Microsoft support contact page that said I can ask for an agent to call me back, but I'm having trouble finding it.

So, obviously, I need HELP!!

    Thanks for letting me know. If you have an existing case number regarding this issue then it may be best to contact support again and quote that case so they can try something else.

    If you no longer have enough space to reinstall then you may need to clear some stuff out.

    Well, I click on the icon and virtually nothing happens. I'm running Windows 11. I now only have 5 gb left on my drive. I uninstalled Outlook, but I'm guessing that because I have so little room, I am unable to reinstall it. I also spoke with a MS agent last night who fixed some additional issues that occurred, but still no working Outlook (case #7100883461). I'm going to research adding a hard drive to my laptop. If that turns out to be a less than satisfactory, I guess I'll have to buy a new laptop...

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    Please be sure to post back what exactly happens when you try to open the app and if you can log in to outlook via browser. Also please post which OS you're running and if there are any pending updates for either the app or the system.

    In the meantime you could try deleting then redownloading the app to see if that helps.

    As for your request for a call back then you would need to follow the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us to choose online or phone support options.
