No. Reporting Services integration with SharePoint is not available in newer SQL Server versions beyond SQL Server 2016, and therefore is not supported with SharePoint Subscription Edition.

Adding a point here that. You can still use SSRS in Native Mode and integrate with SharePoint using links or embedding, but Integrated Mode itself is no longer available.
