Is there an MSI installer for the "WIndows APP"? If so, where can I find it?

Is there an MSI installer for the "Windows APP"? If so, where can I find it? I was able to find the MSIX file but my supervisor is wanting just the msi file. Any help is appreciated.

    Windows App is a UWP app and does not have a .msi package to install it, only the .msix package.
