How to unlock the harddrive of my laptop DELL 5567

Dear Dell Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Dell laptop. During startup, the system displays a message indicating that the internal hard drive (HDD-0) is protected by a password authentication system, and I am unable to access the data or boot the system.

The service tag is: 12528537122 and the laptop is 5567

The error code shown is: #50A1536UNNP-6FF1

I do not recall setting any hard drive password, and I am currently unable to proceed beyond this screen.
