Running windows 11, EDGE, Chrome, Bing. Current versions. Need help with to set up the ability to toggle between standard dictation and the illuminosity screen when talking with co-pilot. Sometimes I like the full luminosity screen and other times I like the straight dictation screen. Please advise.

There is no setting in the provided documentation that allows switching “view modes” for Copilot (for example, a dedicated toggle between a full visual/“luminosity” view and a minimal dictation-only view) while talking with Copilot.

From the available information, only these controls are documented for voice/vision-style interactions:

    • In Copilot Vision, Tab to the Microphone button and press Enter to mute or unmute voice input.
    • Tab to Settings, press Enter, then use the arrow keys to change voice settings (such as voice options), and press Enter to select.
    • Press Ctrl+F6 or F6 to move to the floating toolbar, then Tab to Close and press Enter to end the Copilot Vision session.

For Windows-wide voice control (not specific to Copilot), Windows 11 voice access lets users control the PC and dictate text by voice, but the documentation does not describe a Copilot-specific visual/dictation layout toggle. Voice access can be turned on or off and used to interact with items on screen (including via number overlays and grid overlays), but not to switch Copilot between different UI layouts.

Based on the provided material, the only supported “toggling” is:

    • Turning the microphone on/off in Copilot Vision.
    • Ending or starting a Copilot Vision session (for example, closing the tab or window).
    • Using Windows voice access to control the PC and dictate text generally, independent of Copilot’s own UI.
