Edge - account-level sync issues - passwords linked to my Microsoft account [in Edge] have disappeared. What is the recovery method?
I have reviewed and tried a number of suggested fixes, but I just seem to end up in a circular set of scenarios that lead nowhere.
What is the fix?

So, this is what I did as you [Microsoft Support] did not provide a solution.
I have a second PC that had not been switched on the morning of the incident. I disconnected it from the internet [LAN/WAN] turned it on and signed in. Opened Edge and all of my passwords were still in 'password manager' and in-tact. I extracted the data to a USB as a .CSV file. I went back to my laptop and imported the .CSV file...... BINGO - I'm back up and running. Fully sync'd. But the question remains, WHY?
This is the exact kind of thing [poor performance] that drives people away from your products.
FYI - I also operate a Mac, just incase your OS completely fails.
