I purchase 365 Business subscription. I got the following email. However when I try to login, it says my email is not found.

Your new Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription is now available. To set it up, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with the email address that you created when you signed up for the subscription. Your sign-in email: [Moderator note: personal info removed].onmicrosoft.com] Save your sign-in email and bookmark the website address for the admin center: [admin.microsoft.com]

I cant even get to chat with agent. Even to get to support it needs an account. the issue is my business account is not even created. How in the world can I get help.

    Dear @VJ Reddi,

I realize how incredibly frustrating it is to purchase a subscription and then immediately be locked out because the system doesn't recognize your new account. I am here to help you get this sorted out and get you connected with support.

This issue is a common "Catch-22" scenario. It usually happens for one of two reasons: either the automated system takes a little time to fully propagate a brand-new domain backend, or the browser is getting confused between a personal Microsoft account and your new business organization account.

Here are the specific, immediate steps I recommend taking to bypass this wall and get help:

Often, your computer tries to log you into an existing personal Microsoft account instead of your new business directory.

    1. Open a Private or Incognito browser window.
    2. Go directly to the admin center at admin.microsoft.com.
    3. Manually type out the full sign-in email address exactly as shown in your email (be sure to include the @yourtenant.onmicrosoft.com part perfectly, with no extra spaces).

Since you cannot access the admin center to submit a digital support ticket and you need a human agent, you will have to call Microsoft's global customer service directly.

    1. Find the support phone number for your specific country or region here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
    2. How to bypass the automated bot: When the machine asks what your problem is, state that you have a "Billing issue" or are "Locked out of my tenant." If it asks if you are an administrator, say "Yes." Following this specific path will help transfer you to a real person rather than pointing you back to the online self-help tools.
    3. Once you reach a human agent, explain that your account is "Not found" and ask to be routed to the Microsoft Data Protection Team. They are the only team authorized to verify your ownership of the domain and force-unlock or recreate your access.

I found a similar post on the forum regarding your issue, I hope it proves helpful to you: I cannot sign in to my new Microsoft 365 Business Standard account with the email address Microsoft (I hope you understand that, as this article was written by other members, it adheres to the original information and language of the post)

I hope this information helps you log in to your account quickly. Please let me know if I can assist you with anything else regarding this issue.
