Activate inactive account or delink the email id to create a new one

Hi Team,

I was trying to create an Azure account for some personal work purposes and while signing up it shows that I already have an account with the given email id. While trying to login with the email id, it shows "account inactive" message (below)
Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: c28e4ddc-6b0e-4801-b51b-5b83972a1700

How can I unblock this account?

    As discussed over private messages, after creating new tenant you can login to Azure with the Email and please login with

     https://portal.azure.com/TenantID
