Cannot access my Azure tenant – personal Microsoft account orphaned (AADSTS160021)

Hello, My personal Microsoft account (******@gmail.com) owns an Azure subscription that is still active and sending budget alerts (budget name: lim10eur). However, I can no longer access the tenant. When I sign in to https://portal.azure.com, I am redirected into the Microsoft Services tenant (tenant ID f8cdef31-a31e-4b4a-93e4-5f571e91255a). Every blade fails with the error: AADSTS160021: Application requested a user session which does not exist. This indicates that my identity object inside my actual Azure AD tenant has been deleted or detached, leaving my subscription orphaned. I need assistance to:

1. Locate the correct tenant associated with my personal Microsoft account.
2. Restore my identity object inside that tenant.
3. Reassign me as Global Administrator / Owner so I can access the subscription and manage costs. Please advise on the next steps for tenant recovery.

I do want to use Azure services, to develop some apps.. However this old account has the above frequent problem so I dont trust it anymore, despite what fix you offer.

 Thank you, KC
