I bought a new phone and sinds I installed the aap in my new phone it is not working. It is giving me error codes and I cant get into my work computersystem with the app. I tried to get into my microsoft account from the app but I am not receiving the emails with the codes or the messages with the codes to get in. I have tried everythings and it seems like the connection between my app and my microsoft account is blocked.
Please I need to solve this as soon as possible.

I think ur old phone is still the primary mfa anchor, so this one cant even start the trust path. I f the “i dont have my phone” reset wont pass, ask ur admin to drop that anchor or hard‑reset ur mfa so this phone can bind clean.
