Hello Azure Support / Community,

I am attempting to access the Azure Portal for the first time using my personal Microsoft account, but I am being blocked by a tenant inactivity policy. I have never used Azure resources on this account before, so I believe an old "default" directory associated with my Microsoft ID has been flagged for inactivity.

I am receiving the following error: Error code: interaction_required Message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

Request: As I am within the 20-day grace period (Timestamp: 2026-03-30), I am requesting a manual unblock of the OMS commerce flag for this tenant so I can begin using Azure services.

Technical Details for Support:

Trace ID: <PII REMOVED>

Correlation ID: Pii removed

Timestamp: 2026-03-30 00:01:34Z

Please let me know if you can initiate a private message so I can provide my account email address to resolve this.

Thank you.

    Hello Vuk Stojkovic

As discussed over private messages, you were able login to Azure with the tenant specific endpoint and pass the tenant ID I provided.

    https://portal.azure.com/TenantID

And you will be able to access Azure portal.
