    Try Microsoft chat/call

If no response → wait for tracking → contact courier fast

    Track your shipment

    Identify courier

    Then:

    Call courier and request:

    Address correction

    OR hold at nearest hub

The context only covers how to start a Surface repair/replacement order and how to check status, cancel, or print a shipping label, but does not describe changing the shipping address after the order is submitted. It only supports these actions:

    1. Start a repair or replacement order online via the Devices page.
    2. Check the status of a Surface repair order, cancel the order, or print a shipping label.

Based on the available information, the supported self-service option related to an existing order is to cancel the current order (if still possible) and then create a new service/repair order with the correct shipping address.

    To do that:

    1. Go to the repair-order management page referenced in the documentation: "Check the status of a Surface repair order, cancel the order, or print a shipping label."
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to create the order.
    3. Open the existing Surface repair order.
    4. If the portal shows an option to Cancel the order, cancel it.
    5. After cancellation completes, start a new repair order from the Devices page, carefully entering the correct shipping address during the process.

If the order can no longer be canceled (for example, already being processed or shipped), the documentation does not provide any additional supported method to change the address.
