Normally, subscriptions are activated and directly assigned to the account. First, please follow the steps below so that I can help you check whether the subscription has already been added to your account:
Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com
Step 2: Select Billing > Your products, then check whether the Business Standard plan has been assigned to your account.
If the subscription still does not appear, please follow the steps below to contact the Billing team directly for further information about this promotion:
