business standared description set up

I was promised free for a year business standared yesterday as Microsoft had issue its logged on azura im not good with IT.

a link to download was promised to be with me am as i am trying to start my business.

Its been 3 days and unacceptable to still not have it this is crimpling me and Microsoft is here to help and your not!!!

Its extremely disappointing.

Can some one call not email and resolve now please. Information deleted for privacy protection

    I understand that you have received information about a promotion from Microsoft; however, at this time, you still do not see the detailed information about this promotion in your account.

    Normally, subscriptions are activated and directly assigned to the account. First, please follow the steps below so that I can help you check whether the subscription has already been added to your account:

    Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com

    Step 2: Select Billing > Your products, then check whether the Business Standard plan has been assigned to your account.

    If the subscription still does not appear, please follow the steps below to contact the Billing team directly for further information about this promotion:

    Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com

    Step 4: Select Contact Support

    Step 5: Choose your preferred contact method

    After the system receives the ticket and assigns it to a suitable agent, a support representative will proactively contact you and provide detailed consultation regarding this promotional offer.
