My surface pro 11 not working with HP printers. Can anyone please suggest any SPECIFIC printer model(any make) they got to work with SP 11?

HP service tram just 2 hours with my laptop and printer while I waited, no solutions.

I returned the printer.

Thank you

Hi, For Surface Pro 11 (ARM-based), ensure the printer supports Windows 11 ARM64 drivers or use HP Smart/universal drivers for best compatibility.

Any printer supported by the HP Smart Universal Printer driver will work with your Surface as HP produces an ARM version of the driver. List here: https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/ish_6933917-6933962-16 (Credit HP Support)

You have the snapdragon processor, right?

If so, if your printer doesn't support ARM 64, then it will not work. Specifically, you need a printer from this listed list:

When you look at the Supported OS architecture, you want to make sure it has ARM 64 listed.
