Uninstall any currently installed Teams application on your computer.

Hello, are you installing from a local folder like Downloads or from a network or USB location?

This error usually means Windows cannot access or trust the package location; move the MSIX file to a local folder like Downloads, right click it and select Properties then check Unblock if shown, then run it using App Installer as administrator; also open Settings, go to Privacy and Security, For developers, turn on Sideload apps, then reset App Installer and Microsoft Store by going to Settings, Apps, Installed apps, find App Installer and Microsoft Store, open Advanced options and select Repair then Reset, and try the install again.
