Microsoft edge and Microsoft 365 personal

I have both I cons on my desk top. i paid for the personal and can't log in. As the one is under <PII removed>@comcast,net ( which I don't want to use ) the personal I opened under <PII removed>@gmail.com . Which when I put this email in I can't log in unless I go to google chrome and type in account.microsoft.com. I shouldn't have to do it that way

    Additionally, may I know what do you mean in your second phrase? You're trying to log in with one email while the subscription in in another email?
