Iphone is running 26.4

Had no issues accessing sharepoint sites via the OneDrive app until I updated to the latest version today.

The app will close itself.

anyone else having these issues?

I've been able to reproduce it on 3 iphones.

This behavior matches a crashing OneDrive for iOS app after an update.

Recommended steps on iOS when OneDrive starts closing/crashing:

    1. Reinstall OneDrive
      1. Press and hold the OneDrive app icon.
      2. Tap the “X” (or Remove App) and confirm deletion.
      3. Force-restart or soft reset the iPhone:
        • For devices with Home button: press and hold Sleep/Wake and Home together for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears, then release.
        • For newer devices, follow the Apple restart instructions for the specific iOS version (see the Apple Support link in the docs).
      4. Reinstall OneDrive from the App Store.
    2. Ensure background operation is allowed
      1. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh.
      2. Confirm OneDrive is enabled so it can run reliably in the background.
    3. If the crash occurs specifically when accessing SharePoint sites
      • After reinstalling, sign back in and try accessing the SharePoint locations again.
      • If the issue persists across multiple devices on the same app version, this strongly suggests a product regression in that specific OneDrive build. In that case, collect details (iOS version, OneDrive version 16.35.2, steps to reproduce, and whether it happens on Wi‑Fi/cellular) and open a support ticket with Microsoft 365 support so it can be escalated.

These are the standard remediation steps for OneDrive for iOS when the app closes or crashes; if they do not resolve the issue on multiple devices, escalation to Microsoft support is required as it is likely a service or app bug rather than a device configuration problem.
