some license after year 2016 can't found in my admin portal

our previous staff : <removed PII>******@simmons.hk some license may be registered by Sunny

so, can't found in current admin portal, how can i check it?

The recommended approach is to: - Verify if the licenses are linked to the organization’s tenant by checking the Subscriptions section in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. - Review the Users section to confirm if the licenses are assigned to any accounts, including those of former staff. - If the licenses were purchased under a different tenant or account, contacting Microsoft Support with proof of purchase will allow validation and recovery of the licenses. For administrative clarity, it is advisable to ensure that all product keys and subscriptions are consolidated under the current Simmons Bedding & Furniture (HK) Ltd. tenant. This prevents licenses from being inaccessible when staff changes occur.
