    Hi Tammy,

    Please troubleshoot with these suggestions:

    • Does the problem occur with another browser?
    • Does the problem occur with a newly created Edge profile?
    • Does the problem occur if you use a VPN?

    Thank you for your time.

The message “The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.” indicates that access to the Walmart site or a specific Walmart URL is being blocked somewhere between the browser and the site (for example by a security gateway, content filter, or similar protection system). This is an HTTP 403-style access denial, not a problem with the Walmart account itself.

Since this started recently and only affects that site, try these steps on Windows 11 with Microsoft Edge:

    1. Clear Edge cookies and site data for Walmart
      • In Edge, go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data → See all cookies and site data.
      • Search for entries related to Walmart and remove them.
      • Close and reopen Edge, then try again.
    2. Try InPrivate browsing
      • Open Edge → New InPrivate window.
      • Go to the Walmart site and sign in.
      • If it works in InPrivate, the issue is likely cookies, cached data, or an extension in the normal profile.
    3. Disable extensions temporarily
      • In Edge, go to Extensions and turn all off.
      • Retry the Walmart login.
      • If it works, re-enable extensions one by one to find the one causing the block.
    4. Check security software or network filters
      • If using a third‑party security suite, VPN, or DNS/content filter, temporarily disable it (if allowed by policy) and test again.
      • If on a work/school or managed network, contact the network/IT administrator, as the block may be enforced at the gateway or proxy.
    5. Try another network or device
      • Test from a different network (for example, mobile hotspot vs. home Wi‑Fi).
      • If the error appears only on one network, that network is likely blocking or rate‑limiting access.

If the problem persists on multiple networks and devices, contact Walmart support and provide the exact error text and approximate time of failure so they can check for any blocks or protection triggers on their side.
