I've been a long time microsoft fan boy and really have liked the surface pro set up (now on my 3rd one). however, recent purchase of 11 with ARM processor has been very painful. can't connect One Drive backup after multiple fixes tried, citrix based VPN failures consistently, screenshot clipping freezes whole machine and causes restart. Please microsoft help! I feel like the disclosures should have been clearer at purchase on the limitations of this setup. Anyone having similar issues? -Kevin

    Reset One Drive

    Win + R → onedrive.exe /reset

    For Citrix:

    Install latest ARM-compatible version ONLY

    For freezing:

    Run Windows Update fully

    Install latest Surface firmware

    Update graphics drivers

If your workflow depends on VPN + Citrix → ARM will continue to frustrate you so better to switch over to Intel based platforms
