How to find skype credit in teams app, do not see skype dial pad to make call

To see and use Skype Credit from Microsoft Teams Free, the Skype Dial Pad is only available under specific conditions.

1. Update to the latest Microsoft Teams Free app
   • Make sure the Teams Free app is updated to the latest version on desktop or mobile.
2. Sign in with the correct Skype account
   • Sign in to Microsoft Teams Free using the same Skype account that has the active subscription or Skype Credit.

4. Open the Skype Dial Pad in Teams Free (mobile)
   • Open the Teams Free mobile app.
   • Tap the profile picture.
   • Tap Skype Dial Pad.
   • If there is active Skype Credit or a subscription, the dial pad will appear and calls can be made.
   • If the option is missing, use the My Account page to reactivate inactive Skype Credit and then reopen Teams Free.
5. Using Skype Credit on the web if the dial pad still does not appear
   • If the Skype Dial Pad still does not show in Teams Free, calls to phone numbers can be made directly from the web dial pad by signing in at https://calling.web.skype.com/ with the Skype account that has the active credit or subscription.
   • If that site reports there is no paid product, either the wrong account is being used or the credit has been deactivated due to inactivity. In that case, reactivate it from the reactivation page linked from the Skype Credit help article.

Skype Credit itself is not shown as a separate balance inside Teams; it is associated with the Skype account. Once signed in with the correct Skype account and with active credit or subscription, the Skype Dial Pad option appears in Teams Free and uses that credit for calls.
