Your support is so confusing and it looks like the marketing department is running the tech. If it doesn't take me to a page that is from some other language (I know look at the bottom and change) it isn't in the support area. No phone number and sign in every 2 windows. Pleas if you're going to say support or self-help do your due dillgence before you add it to the web. I cannot get an answer but have almost learned Swahili. Phone call like apple would be nice. 2392491003.

On macOS, OneDrive can appear as “open” (running) even when no window is visible. To check and fix this:

    1. Look for the OneDrive cloud icon in the top-right menu bar (near the clock). If it is there, OneDrive is running.
    2. Click the cloud icon and select Open folder to show the OneDrive folder in Finder.
    3. If the icon is not there, open OneDrive from Applications. Sign in if prompted.
    4. If OneDrive still does not show correctly or does not sync, follow the macOS troubleshooting steps in Fix OneDrive sync problems on Mac, including:
      • Confirming sign-in with the correct account.
      • Checking for OneDrive error icons or messages.
      • Using the guidance under More fixes for recent OneDrive issues.

For direct help from Microsoft (instead of web articles):

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support for technical support: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2181303
    2. Enter the OneDrive/Mac problem, select Get Help, then choose Contact Support to reach an agent by chat or other available options.
    3. For account or subscription issues (like storage, billing, or Microsoft 365), use Account & Billing Help: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2181304

If an article appears in the wrong language, scroll to the bottom of that page and change the language selector back to the preferred language.

For OneDrive-specific admin or advanced help (if using a work/school account), see Help for OneDrive Admins or the OneDrive Tech Community from the same support pages.
