I just changed my primary alias. The sign-in process is working well, and I can also access my OneDrive without any issues. However, when I share files with other accounts from my OneDrive, the recipients are not receiving the invitation emails. Normally, when I share files, they would get an email invitation, but this time, they haven't received anything. Also, I can't find this invite email in my sent items folder in Outlook.

What type of email address did you use for your primary alias? Is it a third party non-outlook.com address?
Can you use the copy link option instead, and then manually send it out from yoru outlook.com web page, will they get it this way?
I switched from Gmail to Outlook.
I just checked again, and they finally received the invite email, but it took a while. I'm guessing it might take some time for all Microsoft services to sync.

Ah yeah, when you used Gmail, since it was third party, your Microsoft account technically didn't have mail box feature. After you switched to a native domain outlook.com, the mail box can take a bit time to be provisioned, hence the delay. Glad all is good.
