I exceeded my sponsorship subscription quota. After that, I removed the spending limit, but my MySQL database is stuck in a disabled state. I know this issue has been reported before and many users said they got it resolved by opening a support ticket. I have Developer Support. I tried to create a ticket for Microsoft to help me fix this issue, but I selected all contact options and I'm getting AI answers without any possibility to create a support ticket."

    Hi Jonathan

The issue got resolved by downloading the template of PITR of the original server and created the new server using the template.

Later, I suggested you enable geo-backup or create a replica in another region that is not capacity constrained and move there.

    Recommended alternate regions are:

    • Central US
    • Canada Central
