Issue with Microsoft Teams Chat and Group Removal

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Microsoft Teams personal account.

My personal chat with Dave Fowler has been completely cleared, even though I did not delete any messages. Additionally, I was automatically removed from two group chats without taking any action. All happened at once.

This happened unexpectedly, and I would like to know why this occurred and whether it is possible to restore the chat history.

Could you please investigate this issue and advise on possible recovery options?

In your Teams, can you please go to Settings > Privacy > Manage who can add you to groups, what's the current settings there?

Anyone, can add me to the group. My primary concern is that the private chat got completely cleared without my consent/action.

If you search for Dave Fowler, and click on the search result of said user, does it bring up the chat again?
