The customer performed operations to upgrade the VM's underlying server. Following these changes, they were unable to access the VM. As part of troubleshooting, the customer stopped the VM; however, since then the VM has not been able to start and returns the error “VM allocation failed due to an internal error”.

The customer is currently working with their internal Engineering team to investigate and resolve the issue. As they have confirmed that no further assistance is required from our side at this time, we will proceed with closing this thread.
