As discussed, Azure Front Door/WAF takes time to propagate the configuration changes.
Please allow some time and check again. If you are still facing the issue, clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.
If the error persists, review the FrontDoorWebApplicationFirewallLog to identify the IP address from which the traffic is reaching Azure Front Door.
