    Hello.

are these both personal accounts or one business and one personal?

will you have Windows computer you can use to do this?

for the account you want to cancel, can you go to www.Onedrive.com and log into that account, and tell me how much is used so I can get an idea how much data you need to transfer.

    thanks.

To sync two Microsoft 365 accounts into one OneDrive, you will need to manually transfer the data from your old account to your new account, as OneDrive does not support syncing multiple accounts simultaneously. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Copy/Sync OneDrive content to your computer: Log into your old Microsoft 365 account and download the files from OneDrive to your local computer.
    2. Sign into your new account: Log into your new Microsoft 365 account.
    3. Upload files to OneDrive: Once logged into your new account, upload the files you downloaded from your old account back into OneDrive.

After ensuring that all necessary files are transferred, you can then proceed to cancel your old Microsoft 365 account if you no longer need it.
