I cannot create an Azure Load Balancer in the marketplace. I have done this a dozen times before but today it looks like Marketplace is b0rked. When I hit the [Create] button it should start the configuration wizard to create a new load balancer, but instead it just greys the [Create] button and does nothing. l've have tried different browsers, subscriptions, resource groups, etc. It looks like the site is broken. Anyone else having this problem?

    Hello @ Arnold, George,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

As discussed, This behavior is most likely caused by a temporary Azure Portal / Marketplace UI issue. Since there are no validation errors and the Create button becomes unresponsive, we recommend creating the Load Balancer using Azure CLI, PowerShell, or ARM templates as a workaround. You can also try creating the Load Balancer directly from the Networking category instead of Marketplace.

    Instead of Marketplace:

    • Go to Azure Portal → Create a resource → Networking → Load Balancer
    • This path sometimes avoids Marketplace rendering issues and loads the wizard correctly.

It seems you are experiencing an issue with creating an Azure Load Balancer where the [Create] button is unresponsive. This could be due to a temporary issue with the Azure portal or your browser settings. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with web applications. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
    2. Use Incognito Mode: Open an incognito or private browsing window to see if the issue persists. This can help bypass any extensions or cached data that might be causing the problem.
    3. Check Azure Status: Visit the Azure status page to see if there are any ongoing issues with the Azure portal or specific services that might be affecting your ability to create resources.
    4. Try Different Regions: If you haven't already, try selecting a different Azure region to see if that resolves the issue.
    5. Contact Support: If the problem continues, consider reaching out to Azure support for assistance, as they can provide more specific insights into any issues with your account or the Azure portal.

If you continue to face difficulties, it may be a temporary issue that could resolve itself after some time.
