How do I remove read.ai from teams?

What if the read.ai is joining to the meeting due to external participant and read. ai is blocked in our tenant. how can we stop the external user to add the read.ai in our meetings

According to your concern, the first most important thing is to identify who added/invited Read.Ai into the meeting. Usually, Read Assistants posts a message in the meeting chat when someone adds/invites it into a Teams meeting. You can check the message posted by Read.Ai and check the name to identify who is the inviter:

• If it's someone else, you can't fully stop it from joining future meetings unless that person disables it himself/herself.

To remove Read AI from automatically opening every time you connect to a Teams meeting, you can manage the app settings directly in Microsoft Teams. Here are the general steps you can follow:

1. Open Microsoft Teams and go to the Apps section.
2. Locate Read AI in your installed apps.
3. Click on the app and look for an option to remove or uninstall it.
4. If there are settings within Read AI that allow you to disable its automatic startup or integration with Teams, make sure to adjust those settings as well.

If you cannot find the option to remove it from the Teams app, you may need to uninstall it from your system settings or contact your IT administrator for assistance, especially if it was installed as part of an organizational policy.
