Microsoft 365 Admin Center not loading

EDIT: Solution. TLDR; After I cleared my cache/cookies on normal browser and rebooted my PC incognito tab/window on your browser worked.

After getting the run around through phone lines that only use AI/Automated messaging and given a website URL that does not have a drop down for the issue I am having, I'm really hoping an actual answer or path to an answer can be provided here before I block charges on my credit card.

Upon entering my business Microsoft 365 admin center, I am faced with all the drop downs giving the same error "Something failed on our end. Try again later." (See attached photo.) and nothing populating. I would like to download the invoices and change my billing information but I am unable to.

Things I've done.

  1. I've tried a different browser
  2. I've cleared my cookies/cache.
  3. I've called both 1 800 865 9408 and 1 800 865 9403 and received no help.
  4. I went to https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/manage to create a ticket, but can't because there's no drop down associated with my issue.
  5. I checked status.office365.com to see the status and it says everything is fine.
  6. Checked it the next day after the "outage" on Jan 22nd. All status reports say operational. Still not loading.

What phone line do I need to call to talk to an actual person to fix this. It's been ongoing for months (I would check periodically to see if it was working, but now I cannot wait any longer).

Thank you to anyone who can help.

    Jan 26 2026:

After clearing my cookies and cache again. Rebooting my PC and trying to call the support lines that send me in a loop over and over. I opened an Incognito browser on Chrome and was able to see both the Support Assistant and the details of the account.
I am not sure why incognito works but clearing cookies/cache doesnt. Mind you, I know some plugins mess things up, but the only ones I have are for passwords and a Norton Antitrack (that was installed after these issues were appearing.)

Anywho, I hope this helps someone else. Use an incognito window/tab on your browser (Shift+Control+N).

It's my understanding that Microsoft is updating their DNS to migrate admin.microsoft.com to admin.cloud.microsoft.com. Give it some time, it will resolve itself.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with accessing the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the problem:

    1. Check Browser Compatibility: Ensure that you are using a supported browser and that it is up to date. Sometimes, certain features may not work properly on outdated browsers.
    2. Try Incognito/Private Mode: Open your browser in incognito or private mode to see if the issue persists. This can help bypass any potential extensions or settings that might be causing the problem.
    3. Network Issues: Sometimes, network configurations or firewalls can block access to certain services. Try accessing the admin center from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.
    4. Contact Support: Since you have already tried calling the support numbers, ensure that you have your account details ready when you call again. You might also want to try the following:
      • Use the Help & support option in the admin center (if accessible) to submit a support request.
      • If you cannot access the admin center, you can visit the Microsoft 365 support page for additional contact options.
    5. Service Health Dashboard: You mentioned checking the service status, but if the issue persists, it might be worth checking back later or monitoring the Service health dashboard for updates on any ongoing issues.

If the problem continues, you may need to escalate the issue through support channels to ensure it gets addressed promptly.
