Issues with Support Queues

Anyone have any luck on getting a response to a Private Access issue using their Standard Azure Support Plan? Ticket sitting in the queue for over 48 hours with a level B (now a level A) issue.

And - if you know how - any thoughts on recreating the "GSA-Privateaccesstrafficforwardingprofile" application and giving "ZTNA Network Access Control Plane" ownership of it? The app seems to be missing and is an implementation blocker in this tenant.

Thanks!

For issues with support queues, especially regarding a Private Access issue under a Standard Azure Support Plan, it's important to note that response times can vary based on the severity level of the ticket. Since your ticket has escalated from level B to level A and has been pending for over 48 hours, it may be beneficial to follow up directly with Azure support to inquire about the status of your ticket. You can do this through the Azure portal or by contacting support directly.

Regarding the recreation of the "GSA-Privateaccesstrafficforwardingprofile" application and assigning ownership to the "ZTNA Network Access Control Plane," specific steps may not be detailed in the provided context. However, typically, you would need to access the Azure portal, navigate to the relevant section for application management, and follow the prompts to create a new application. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to assign ownership to the ZTNA Network Access Control Plane once the application is created. If you encounter any specific errors or issues during this process, it may be helpful to document those and include them in your support ticket for further assistance.
