    Hi,

I really wanted to bring you good news, but honestly, if the hacker changes your email address and other information, recovering your account can be challenging, and it may be permanently lost. I understand that this is a difficult situation. You can check the Microsoft article below to see if it can help.

To recover a hacked account after the hacker has changed your email, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Attempt to Recover Your Account: Go to the sign-in page of the service and look for a link that says "Forgot password?" or "Need help?". This will typically guide you through the recovery process.
    2. Use Recovery Options: If you have set up recovery options (like a phone number or an alternate email), you may be able to receive a verification code to regain access to your account.
    3. Contact Support: If you cannot recover the account yourself, contact the support team of the service. Provide them with as much information as possible to verify your identity.
    4. Secure Your Account: Once you regain access, immediately change your password and review your account settings. Enable multifactor authentication (MFA) if available to add an extra layer of security.
    5. Monitor for Suspicious Activity: After recovering your account, keep an eye on it for any unauthorized activity and consider changing passwords for other accounts that may be linked to the compromised email.

If your account is associated with Microsoft services, you may refer to the Microsoft Entra ID Account Recovery process for additional guidance on identity verification and recovery steps.
