Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to request help regarding my Microsoft account, which has been suspended.

I recently created a Microsoft account and added ₹500 to the account. At the time of account creation, I did not clearly understand the naming instructions. Because of this, I entered my name incorrectly.

My correct details are:

  • First Name: <Mod remove PII>

Initial / Family Name: <Mod remove PII>

However, during account creation, my name was entered as:

<Mod remove PII>

This was not intentional and happened due to confusion about how to enter my name and initial.

Additionally, I logged in using my Bing Search Console / Bing services, and I did not clearly understand how the Bing account name was being set during login. I am an individual user, not a company or business, and there was no intention to provide incorrect or misleading information.

After this, my account was suspended, and I am now unable to edit my profile or access the ₹500 balance that I added.

I kindly request you to please:

Review my account,

Allow me to correct my name details, or

Let me verify my identity using valid government documents, and

Restore access to my Microsoft account and the added balance.

I assure you that there was no misuse, false identity, or policy violation intended. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any verification required.
