Error during the QR Code Verification completion to redemption process

I was asked to complete a verification process by scanning a QR code and entering a captcha code. I have repeated the process multiple times, but every time, after entering the captcha, a notification appears saying “something went wrong.”

I am confident that the captcha I entered was correct, as I carefully checked the code before submitting it for verification. I have also tried logging out and logging back into my account several times, uninstalling and reinstalling the Bing app, and turning off and restarting the device I am using. However, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

Plz help. Until now, I have still been unable to redeem the Bing points.

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Did this issue started after the recent update on the Bing app? You may also check and test this by accessing the Microsoft Rewards dashboard from a browser on another device like a computer.

    Is the same even if you try to do the redemption on a computer? On your mobile device, are you on Apple or Android?
