Authenticator app not working and temporarily blocked me.

I need to sign into the authenticator app, but to do so, it needs a code from the authenticator app that I DON'T have access to. When I click "don't have access to the app right now", it just takes me to a page that requires, again, the authenticator app. Furthermore, it blocked me from having access for the last 8 hours, and I have assignments I need access to. I can't even sign in to email my professor that I'm having issues. I can, in no way shape or form, sign in on any of my devices or find a loophole to this.
