hey one of my accounts got hacked that was normaly connected to this email now im stuck with outlook not recognizing me and i have a lot of accounts connected to that email now i dont understand what to do because i tried to recover it a few times maybe yall can help me out.

I tried everything but it wasnt realy helpfull since the person changed all the information on that account i dont get why its so easy to do i didnt even recive a email to backup password the person changed the email took my phone number away and when i try to answer the questions i keep getting a mail like: "We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account d****@chromomail.com. Unfortunately, we have determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information."
