I've tired to purchase the pro add-on but nothing happens. On the ibispaint page it says xiu can only purchase through the Microsoft account. But when I click to purchase nothing pops up. No store page or anything. It only buffers and then closes the page.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. If the purchase window for the add-on never appears, the usual fix is to sign out of your Store account then sign back in, confirm your payment method in your account settings, update the Store from the Library page, then reset the Store through Settings, Apps, Installed apps, Store, Advanced options, Reset.
Doesn't help. I even tried a different pc with a different account. It just doesn't work. I don't know if the developer messed something up. I dud write them an email but who knows if they will answer me.
