I refer to the locked thread listed below and would like an update on this ongoing issue affecting me and many other android phone users. The sync between my two different android devices is fine. however the sync is not working between my android devices and my windows 11 pc. "my notbook" shows up but none of my other created notebooks, or pages in those notebooks are available on the pc.

This is a huge issue in being able to easily access my records.

I have followed all the troubleshooting steps as discussed in the thread listed below.

Please advise.

As i posted I have followed all the troubleshooting steps already answered in the original thread. Why has the original thread been locked without a suitable solution?

    Please escalate this issue.

Hi Con, I understand how important it is to have your notes available across all devices. This usually happens when the notebooks on your Android devices are stored in a different account or location than the one your Windows 11 PC is signed into. OneNote on Windows only shows notebooks linked to the account currently signed in, so if your phone uses a different Microsoft account or stores notebooks locally, they won’t sync. Please check if the same account is signed in on both Android and Windows, and confirm that your notebooks are saved to OneDrive rather than locally. On your PC, go to OneNote and click File > Account to verify the account. On Android, open OneNote settings and check the account listed. If they match and the issue persists, can you tell me if you’re using the OneNote app or OneNote for Windows 10 on your PC? Also, do you see your notebooks when you log into OneDrive online? This will help narrow down whether it’s an account or app-specific issue.
