Why my headset is capped 16 bits 48000hz

Help please i want to get better audio quality but my headphones are capped 16 bits i want to hear 24bits someone know what's happening they have an dac that supports 24 bits

    Hi,

    In this case, it's not a Windows problem, but rather a driver issue with the headset, which isn't 24-bit or 20-bit. I tried finding the driver on the website, but there's no download link.

    If possible, you could do the following: the motherboard driver is usually Realtek, and the headset's USB-C driver is different, which is why it doesn't have a channel.

    Could you check if the box has a QR code with the headset driver?

    What is the headphone model and if possible, could you disable Windows Sonic?
