Microsoft screws things up again.

Cannot stay signed in since last MSN update. Contacting Microsoft for help is a joke as no living person is to be found anywhere for help. Keep getting session expired, sign in again to comment tags even though I sign out every evening and sign in again in the mornings I cannot stay signed in to MSN. There is a software glitch, and I am no computer whiz kid. I'm 74 years old and my frustration level is through the roof right now trying my best to keep thing civil with Microsoft. I need resolution and not frustration at my age. And I'm sure I'm not alone. Anybody have a way to contact Microsoft support without jumping through hoops and beating one's head against all the dead ends and no help????? ANYBODY?????????? Be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help or response.

    Hello,

    If you're constantly getting signed out of msn there might be an issue with the browser's cookies, normally it would maintain logins, try clearing the cache for your browser by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE, do note that this will sign you absolutely everywhere, remember your passwords so you aren't locked out of your accounts.
