Unable to access Hardware Program in Partner Center despite active registration

Hello,

I am having trouble accessing the Hardware Program in Microsoft Partner Center. My developer account is fully verified and associated with the following details:

  • Seller ID: 92813050
  • User ID: 197654840
  • Organization: Strilk
  • Vetting status: Authorized
  • DUNS number: 285316325

In Partner Center, the Hardware Program registration shows as deactivated, so I cannot access the Hardware workspace. Additionally, when I attempt to raise a support ticket , I only receive generic messages that do not address the issue. . Has anyone encountered this issue? How can I regain access to the Hardware Program?
