To restore a deleted calendar in Microsoft 365, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Check Deleted Items: If the calendar was deleted recently, it might be in the Deleted Items folder. You can check there first.
    2. Restore from Outlook: If you are using Outlook on the web, navigate to the deleted groups or calendars section to see if you can restore it from there.
    3. Contact Admin: If you're unable to restore it yourself, you may need to contact your Microsoft 365 administrator for assistance.
    4. PowerShell Option: If you have administrative access, you can use PowerShell commands to restore deleted items, but this typically applies to groups rather than individual calendars.

If the calendar is a public calendar, you might need to follow specific procedures to restore it, as outlined in the references below.

    Hello @Goodacre, Mark SUKEP-UPC/T/O,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I noticed your post was tagged under “Excel”, so I’d like to reconfirm a few details to make sure we’re addressing the right scenario:

    • Was the calendar created in Outlook (Microsoft 365) or inside an Excel workbook?
    • When you say the calendar was deleted, did you remove an entire calendar folder or just delete events?
    • Are you currently using Outlook desktop app, Outlook on the web (office.com), or another application?
    • Approximately when was the calendar deleted? (This helps us check if it’s still within the recovery period.)
    • If possible, could you share a screenshot of what you see now when you try to access or edit the invites?

Once I have these details, I’ll guide you through the best steps to restore the calendar or recover the associated invites.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Best regards,

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
