Hello Microsoft Billing Team,

I am being charged monthly for a Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription, but I have no access to the admin portal and cannot cancel it.

My personal Gmail address (******@googlemail.com) only receives the billing emails and is not associated with the admin tenant. Please see the subscription details below:

• Tenant Name: BE‑PS

• Billing Profile: BE‑PS

• Subscription Name: Microsoft 365 Business Basic

• Licences: 1

• Primary Tenant ID: 6eac9f81-f42e-4a0f-9d19-6287c0a14aa5

I’ve attempted to recover access via the standard and org recovery pages, but both routes redirect me to my personal account, and I cannot reach a Microsoft agent by phone or chat without first logging in.

Request: Please use the Tenant ID above to locate the subscription and:

  1. Cancel the Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription immediately.
  2. Confirm whether I am eligible for a refund for any unused time already paid.
